New Dental Patients Bullard
Get Ready for Your First Dental Appointment
We’re excited to welcome all new (and returning) patients to our Bullard office! To help prepare you for your visit, we’d ask that you read through our new patient information included below. Hopefully, this will answer some of the early questions you have about our office and what to expect during your first appointment. We can’t wait to see you!
Your First Visit to Our Dental Office
A new patient exam includes a full series of X-rays and digital photographs, allowing Dr. Morgan to show you the state of your oral health in detail. During this initial exam, we check for decay, gum disease, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. We will also check your bite, and if it’s off, determine ways to protect tooth structure. As Dr. Morgan says, “knowing where you stand with your dental health is the best form of dental care.” Using all of this information, we can develop a treatment plan that combines any of the dental care services offered at our Bullard dental office.
Patient Forms

When you make your appointment, we’ll also provide you with your new patient forms. We kindly request that you spend a few moments filling out this information to the best of your ability, to ensure that we have everything we need to get started. You can simply fill them out and email them to bri@tadmorgandds.com or print and bring them to your appointment.

Dental Insurance & Financing

Our office is proudly insurance-friendly and happy to assist you with filing your claim. For more information about your plans specifically, please give our front office team a call at 903-825-1112, and we would be happy to do a complimentary benefits check for you.
For payment, we accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also offer an automatically recurring payment plan for our patients who would like to break up the cost of their care into smaller installments. It works like this: a patient makes a down payment on a procedure, and then we can set up an auto-draft for any credit, debit, or HSA card. This plan includes NO interest. The down payment amount and length of the plan can vary depending on the service and total, so we'll clearly outline the specifics should you choose this option.
Patients can also sign up for third-party financing. CareCredit plans have deferred interest for 12 months that can range from 24-60 months. Fitting the dental care you need into your budget is easy at our office; just let us know how we can help!
