New Patients Welcome
Everything about our Tyler area dental practice is designed to make things easy for you. That’s why we’ve provided our new patient forms here for your convenience. You can simply fill them out and email them to email@example.com or print and bring them to your appointment.
Dr. Tad Morgan can file with almost all insurance companies. For more information about your plans specifically, please give our front office team a call at 903-945-4790 and we would be happy to do a complimentary benefits check for you.
For payment, we accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
We also offer an automatically reoccuring payment plan for our patients who would like to break up the cost of their care into smaller installments. It works like this: a patient makes a down payment on a procedure, and then we can set up an autodraft for any credit, debit, or HSA card. This plan includes NO interest. The down payment amount and length of the plan can vary depending on the service and total, so we’ll clearly outline the specifics should you choose this option.
Patients can also sign up for third-party financing. CareCredit plans have deferred interest for 12 months that can range from 24-60 months. LendingClub offers NO interest for 12 months and plans that can extend from 24-60 months. Fitting the dental care you need into your budget is easy at our Bullard, TX practice near Tyler, Texas.

Q: How can I learn more about my dental insurance plan?
A: Your coverage depends on a number of factors. Too many people with dental insurance do not make the most of their benefits simply because they are unsure about the details of their coverage. Don’t let that happen to you! Take the time to become fully acquainted with your plan to understand what you are eligible for. You can visit your insurance company’s website for more information — many have patient portals where you can create an account to keep track of your benefits. And if you are covered through your employer, you can find out more about your dental insurance plan from the company’s human resources department.
