For example, if you have odontophobia (fear of the dentist) and even\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tadmorgandds.com\/sedation-dentistry.html\">regular dental exams cause anxiety,<\/a>\u00a0you cannot be put under for your cleaning \u2013 but you\u00a0<em>can\u00a0<\/em>relax with NuCalm.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to NuCalm, there are many ways you can promote relaxation and calm during your time at the dentist without being sedated with pharmaceuticals. Use a comfort object or stress ball to occupy your hands and mind while you undergo your procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Know If You Should Try NuCalm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The best way to know if you need a relaxation technique or NuCalm is to discuss your fears and your procedure with Dr. Morgan.
