Dr. Morgan
Dr. Morgan has been practicing cosmetic and comprehensive restorative dentistry in Tyler and Flint for over 10 years. Before coming to Tyler, he practiced cosmetic and restorative dentistry in Keller, Texas. He graduated from Abilene Christian University and then attended Baylor College of Dentistry. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Morgan then completed a general practice residency in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He then moved to the Keller/Southlake area to practice.
Dr. Morgan has completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education over the past 15 years. This is far in excess of the 12 hours a year required by the state of Texas. Dr. Morgan has completed the following continuing education courses: Pankey Institute Continuum; Anterior Esthetics and Occlusion conducted by the Hornbrook Group; and Aesthetic Advantage by Dr. Larry Rosenthal. He has also completed training in Six Month Smiles and Facelift Dentures. Dr. Morgan was asked by Six Month Smiles, Inc. to be a mentor for the company: he is one of only 12 mentors in the world and helps other dentists with their Six Month Smile patients. He is also one of the few dentists to have been trained in the FaceLift Denture technique, a neuromuscular technique to create natural looking cosmetic dentures. Dr. Morgan is a Fellow with the Academy of General Dentistry, an award gained by less than 3% of all dentists in the US. He has served on the Judicial Review committee for the East Texas Dental Society and is an active member of the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics (ACE), American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, East Texas Dental Society and the Smith County Dental Society.
Dr. Morgan and his wife, Laura, have been married since 2000 and have three children.

Lori joined our team in February 2009. Dentistry has been a part of her life since 1980. She completed Dental Hygiene at Loyola University of Chicago in 1984. Married to her husband in 1984, they have two children. They enjoy cycling, running and P90X workouts. Dental hygiene has been an amazing career for Lori. She stays current through continuing education courses, keeping the practice of dental hygiene fresh and new. General practice is where she loves to be, taking care of the whole family. Her favorite thought is "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit." |
Donna ~ Business Assistant Donna has been in dentistry for 14 years and has another 22 years experience in office management and customer service. She is a native of Palestine and has lived in the Tyler area most of her life. Donna and her husband Lloyd love to travel and enjoy scuba diving now that their children are grown. Donna's role in our office is Business Assistant. Her genuine concern for our patients shows as she greets you with a warm smile and strives to make you comfortable throughout your dental visit. She is an active member of Bethel Bible Church where she teaches the 4 year olds. |

Dr. Morgan's assistant Karen Colston, RDA, has over 26 years of experience in the dental field. She is highly qualified in all aspects of dental office procedures. She had always wanted to be in the dental field, so at the age of 15 she made her dreams reality and has been a part of it ever since. She loves her career and it shows as her tender compassion comes through to her patients. Her chairside abilities will make your dental experience a very pleasant one. Karen continues to improve on her education by attending continuing education classes so that she may stay current with the latest practices and procedures. |
Leann joined our team in June 2010 and has been in the dental field since 1984. She began as a registered dental assistant and is now our treatment care coordinator. Leann loves expanding her knowledge and taking continuing education courses. By using her experience, she provides the best care possible to our patients. Leann and her husband are active in youth ministries at Shiloh Road Church of Christ. They also volunteer their time at various school activities in the Tyler Independent School District. |
